All G Foods announced it has raised $16 million from investors to commercialise its portfolio of plant-based food products. The capital raise was one of Australia’s largest seed rounds of 2021.

Founded by CEO Jan Pacas, the Chairman and Co-Founder of ASX-listed pet-sitting platform Mad Paws (ASX: MPA), All G Foods is on a mission to revolutionise the meat and dairy industry with its alternative proteins.

The company will stock its plant-based products in local IGAs and a selected number of committed partners with an emphasis on food service. The company’s first product is Love BUDS Burgers, which arrived on the shelves of IGA supermarkets and in burger venues last month. The burgers are also available on partner platform UberEats.

The company has big plans for the future. All G Foods is set to become the first Australian company to use precision fermentation technology to develop dairy proteins without the cow.

“This technology is expected to revolutionise the meat and dairy industry and All G Foods plans to be at the forefront of the disruption,”

- CEO, Jan Pacas

All G Foods has been a long-term TWIYO client. We have provided Virtual CFO and capital raise support services, having helped the company through its initial stage of growth.

Following the $16 million seed round we are proud that All G Foods is now "graduating" from our Virtual CFO program to hire a full-time CFO.
